I initially wanted to get a new mattress but my boyfriend and I plan on moving to a new place soon so we thought it’d be a waste to invest in a new mattress now. The only other alternative was to get the current mattress cleaned so I messaged them on Facebook. They were quick to reply and we arranged an appointment. I engaged Ultimo on 7 June 2021 to clean a 3m long fabric sofa, 4m long leather sofa and a fabric armchair with ottoman. To my surprise, the stains (vomit, milk spills & water marks) that had accumulated since my kids were born in 2013 were 95% removed. I had previously hired two other cleaning companies but the stains were still visible after many rounds of cleaning. I kind of give up on the removal of stains. I contacted Ultimo as I just wanted them to do a deep cleaning of all my sofas. I was pleasantly surprised that 95% of the stains were removed. Their rates are also competitive, so definitely worth to give them a shot in my personal opinion. Too bad I didn’t take before and after photos of the sofa cleaning service. Last but not least, the staff were professional and efficient. 👍👍

Prompt reply and upholstery cleaning service rendered. Engaged their cleaning on two mattresses and L-shaped sofa and carpet stain removal cleaning. As we do not have hot weather recently, our carpet is not able to dry totally and has a little bit more odour, the company arranged a 2nd carpet cleaning and stain removal service the very next day. I spilled fish soup into my car and it seeped into the main car carpet & the insulation pad. I thought my car was a goner & I’d need to live with the stench for the rest of my car ownership till a friend of mine recommended me Bobby’s services. He is VERY meticulous with my car, covering ALL angles of the carpet from steaming, scrubbing, disinfecting & vacuuming. I dare say that the stench has been eradicated FULLY with no more traces! Bobby’s cleaning services are definitely recommended to anyone who is facing similar situations like me. However, do note that you’d need to unbolt the car seats & disassemble some parts of the car interior so that Bobby can have full access to the car’s interior.
